These terms cover the secure AI and automation, private and local AI, and Windows Server hardening and backup services sold through granitcorp.com. Services sold under the SparkAudit and AgenticAiNation brands are covered by their own terms on their own sites.

What an engagement includes

Where scope is uncertain, a paid blueprint defines the workflow, architecture, risks, acceptance criteria and implementation plan first. A fixed-scope engagement follows a written scope with numbered acceptance criteria, agreed before work starts; independent review and staging proof before anything goes live; and handover of the code, documentation and hosting access so you keep the admin keys.

Price

Every fixed-scope engagement is quoted in writing before work starts, based on the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is a separate, clearly scoped addition with its own written price.

What an engagement does not include

Open-ended consulting, unlimited support, or a promise of a specific business outcome. GranitCorp does not claim perfect security, perfect model accuracy, or formal regulatory sign-off for any deliverable; Windows Server hardening work follows applicable CIS Level 1/2 recommendations and is described as CIS-aligned.

Confidentiality

What you tell us to scope and build your engagement is used only to deliver it. We do not reuse your business details in any other client's work, and we do not publish your name or your data without your separate written permission.

Cancelling

If you cancel before work on your engagement begins, we refund in full. Once work has begun, fees for completed milestones are not refundable.
