Approach

The delivery promise

Every GranitCorp deliverable follows the same sequence, whether it is a workflow automation, a private AI assistant, or a hardening project. You can read each step before it happens.

  1. Written scope

A written scope with numbered acceptance criteria, agreed before work starts. You can read every criterion your deliverable will be checked against.

  2. Built and independently reviewed

The work is built, then reviewed by a second, independent reviewer separate from whoever wrote the change, before it is considered done.

  3. Proven on staging

The change runs on a staging address first, so you see it working against the written acceptance criteria before it touches anything live.

  4. Live with rollback

Once approved, the change goes live with an automatic check afterward; if that check fails, the change rolls back by itself.

  5. You hold the keys

Hosting access, the code and the documentation are handed over, so you are never locked in to GranitCorp.

How AI1 and O run it

GranitCorp's own production system, AI1, and the agent that operates it, O, are the company's production system: they plan, build and test every deliverable under this sequence, with a person approving every risky step before it happens. A job that changes something real stops at an approval gate; a different model performs the independent review; a second approval is needed before anything merges or deploys. This is how GranitCorp delivers quickly without skipping the checks that protect you.

What this means for a blueprint-first engagement

Where scope is uncertain, GranitCorp starts with a paid blueprint: a written workflow map, architecture, risks, acceptance criteria and implementation plan, before any fixed-scope build begins. This keeps the first spend small and the commitment bounded until the path is clear.
